In plain English
- By using Fleconomy IQ, you agree to these terms.
- Solo is free. Paid plans and add-ons bill monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- The trial is 14 days and needs no card. Without a card it ends on its own and you stay on the free plan. You are only charged if you add a card.
- Want a refund? Email us within 7 days of paying. After that, we look at each case.
- Our numbers are estimates, not tax, legal or money advice. Check with a CPA, lawyer or adviser before you act on them.
- You file your own taxes. Keep your license key private, and give us accurate data.
- If a calculation is wrong and you act on it without checking with a pro, that choice is yours. We fix the bug. We do not pay the IRS penalty.
- The most we owe you is what you paid us in the last 12 months.
- California law applies. We email you at least 30 days before any big change.

By using Fleconomy IQ, you agree to these terms. They're short and direct because that's how a real-software company should write them.
The product
Fleconomy IQ is fleet economic intelligence software. It analyzes vehicle profitability, ROI, depreciation, maintenance, utilization and resale value for vehicle owners and car-sharing hosts, and prepares that analysis for handoff to a CPA. It also manages fleet operations, calculates taxes, tracks claims, and analyzes acquisition decisions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Turo Inc.
Plans + billing
- Solo — free forever, for one vehicle.
- Operator / Fleet / Empire — paid plans that differ by how many vehicles they cover (up to 3, up to 10, unlimited), billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your current billing period.
- Add-ons — the Tax Suite and the Exit & Investor Suite are optional add-ons, billed on the same subscription as your plan at the price listed for that plan. The Exit & Investor Suite is not offered on Solo. Cancelling your plan cancels its add-ons.
- Trials — 14-day Fleet trial, no card required to start. The trial includes both add-ons. Adding a payment method extends the trial once by 16 days and the subscription then continues on the Fleet plan, without add-ons unless you choose them, at the listed price when the trial ends, unless cancelled before then; if no payment method is added, the trial cancels automatically and the account stays on the free Solo tier. No charge unless you add a card and the trial converts. A no-login demo is also available.
- Refunds — within 7 days of a paid purchase, email info@fleconomyiq.com and we'll refund. Beyond 7 days, we evaluate case-by-case.
Not tax, legal, or financial advice
Tax laws referenced (OBBBA 2026, MACRS, Section 179, QBI, Schedule C, etc.) reflect our understanding as of the "Last updated" date. They can and do change. Your specific tax situation may not match the assumptions baked into the calculators.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your license key + account credentials private.
- Don't share your account with people outside your business.
- Don't attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service in ways that affect other users.
- Provide accurate data — the calculators are only as good as the inputs.
- File your own taxes — Firstkontak Consultant Inc doesn't file anything on your behalf.
What we owe you
- Reasonable uptime (we target 99.5%+ but don't guarantee it).
- Honest pricing — we won't raise your locked-in annual rate mid-cycle.
- Data export at any time, no questions asked.
- Security practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firstkontak Consultant Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fleconomy IQ. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
If Fleconomy IQ produces an incorrect calculation and you act on it without verifying with a professional, the responsibility for that decision is yours. We'll fix the bug; we won't cover the IRS penalty.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from Settings or by emailing support. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms (abuse, fraud, attempts to compromise other users) — with a refund of any unused portion of your current billing period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of San Diego County, California.
Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date when we change material terms. Significant changes will be announced by email to active license holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
