Questions about this analyzer
Is my earnings data uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read by JavaScript running in your browser and the results are rendered on the same page. Nothing is transmitted, logged, or stored on a server. Open your browser's Network panel before you drop the file and you'll see no request go out. If you later use the optional email form, it sends your email address and nothing else — no figure from your file goes with it.
Where do I get my Turo earnings CSV?
In Turo, go to your host account → Earnings, pick a date range, and choose the export option.
Turo emails or downloads a .csv. Any range works — a single month or your whole history.
What counts as a "booked day"?
Nights, which is how Turo counts them: a trip from Friday to Sunday is two booked days, not three. That's the same convention Fleconomy IQ uses, so the numbers here match the ones in the app.
Why is utilization lower than I expected?
Utilization here is booked days divided by the days between that vehicle's first and last trip in this file — not by the whole calendar. Cancelled trips provide no coverage and are excluded, which is the same rule the app applies. If you exported a short range, the window is short and the percentage can look unusually high or low.
Does this replace the calculator?
No — they answer different questions. This reads what your fleet already did. The Turo calculator projects what a vehicle you're thinking about buying would do.
